Itineraries

Day 1

Date : August 13, 2026

Time : 11:00 pm

Arrival at Osaka (2 Nights)

Your much-awaited journey with Aneesh Holiday’s begins here. Here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai-to-Mumbai tour will assemble at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure. From here, you will travel together with the Aneesh Holiday’s Tour Manager to Osaka Airport and begin your journey.

Upon arrival, the Tour Manager will assist with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transfer to Haneda Airport by coach for your connecting flight to Osaka—a vibrant city known for its lively nightlife, rich cuisine, and historic landmarks.

Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are travelling from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or others, please ensure you have received complete travel details such as airline information, flight timings, airport details, passport, and valid visa from your Aneesh Holiday’s Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination as per your individual itinerary. Upon arrival, the Tour Manager will meet you either at Osaka Airport or at the designated sightseeing location shared in advance.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
Guests joining independently from India or overseas should ensure they have complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the designated sightseeing point from the Aneesh Holiday’s Travel Advisor and Tour Manager. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the planned itinerary.

Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets, visa, insurance, and airport transfers are not included and must be arranged by the guest. To avail group airport transfers, arrival must be at the same airport at least one hour before the group’s scheduled arrival time. On the last day, departure flights should be scheduled after the group’s flight to avail transfer facilities.

• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If flights arrive in the morning, one sightseeing activity may be arranged to utilize the waiting time.
• Guests are advised to keep travel documents, valuables, foreign currency, and emergency contacts easily accessible throughout the journey.

Day 2

Date : August 14, 2026

Time : 11:00 pm

Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka

Today, we take a leisurely walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, followed by a visit to the Togetsukyo Bridge, also known as Arashiyama Bridge, set against a backdrop of stunning natural scenery.

We then proceed to the iconic Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku-ji), a Zen Buddhist temple where each level showcases a distinct architectural style. Overlooking a tranquil pond, the upper two floors of this remarkable structure are beautifully covered in gold leaf.

Later, we visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, world-famous for its thousands of bright vermilion torii gates that create enchanting walking trails through the forest.

Day 3

Date : August 15, 2026

Time : 11:00 pm

Osaka – Mt. Fuji – Tokyo (2 Nights)

Today, we take a bullet train ride to Mishima/Odawara Station. Upon arrival, we proceed to the Fuji Five Lakes area.

We visit Oshino Hakkai, also known as the “Eight Seas of Oshino,” a collection of eight beautiful ponds located in the Fuji Five Lakes region. Formed by historic volcanic eruptions, this scenic village offers a serene experience, with crystal-clear ponds that often reflect the majestic Mount Fuji on clear days.

Later, we visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station, the gateway to Japan’s most iconic mountain, located at around 2,300 meters above sea level.

**Note:** If Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to weather conditions, we will instead enjoy the Owakudani Ropeway ride followed by a scenic Lake Ashi Cruise. The view of Mount Fuji is weather-dependent and may not be visible on cloudy days.

In the evening, we drive back to Tokyo.

Day 4

Date : August 16, 2026

Time : 11:00 pm

Tokyo

Today, we visit the observation deck of Tokyo Skytree, a world-famous landmark that towers over the city skyline and offers panoramic views of the Tokyo metropolitan region.

Later, we explore the Asakusa Temple Complex along with the lively Nakamise Shopping Street, known for its traditional snacks and souvenirs.

Next, we experience the incredible TeamLab Planets, a unique digital art space where immersive installations let you walk through water and interact with breathtaking visual illusions. It features four large-scale artwork areas and two beautiful gardens, creating a fully sensory experience.

We then head to the bustling Shibuya Crossing area for shopping and take a photo stop at the Hachiko Statue, dedicated to the loyal Akita dog remembered for waiting nearly nine years for his owner.

Day 5

Date : August 17, 2026

Time : 11:00 pm

Tokyo – Departure

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:

J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.

  • Airfare, airport taxes, and visa fees

  • Entrance fees for all sightseeing attractions included in the itinerary
  • Accommodation in comfortable and convenient hotels on twin-sharing basis

  • All tips – guide, driver, and restaurant staff
  • Cost of internal airfare as mentioned in the itinerary
  • Complimentary travel insurance for guests up to 59 years of age

Government tax (GST) of 5% is applicable over and above the tour cost mentioned.

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) rules are applicable as per government regulations:

  • 5% or 10% TCS on tour cost up to ₹10 lakhs (based on PAN–Aadhaar status)
  • 20% TCS on the amount above ₹10 lakhs (on GST-inclusive value) w.e.f. 1st April 2025
  • 10% TCS applies if PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN status marked inoperative as per Income Tax rules)
  • TCS is applicable only for packaged tours
  • Additional TCS rate (5% or 10%) depends on the PAN status of the primary booking contact
  • If valid TAN details are submitted at the time of booking, TCS will not be charged

Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or introduction of new taxes by the government

Any upgrade in airline class or hotel room category
Air ticket deviation charges, if applicable

Any increase in foreign exchange rates leading to higher land arrangement costs before departure

Cost of pre-tour or post-tour hotel accommodation

Any additional expenses due to changes in route, airline, travel dates, accommodation, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

Cost of travel insurance for guests aged 60 years and above

Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, alcoholic beverages, and any food or drinks not included in the fixed group menu

Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or personal emergency during the tour
