Day 1

Arrival at Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
As your much-awaited journey with Aneesh Holiday’s begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will gather at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours prior to the scheduled departure time. From here, you will travel together with the Aneesh Holiday’s Tour Manager to Nairobi, marking the start of your exciting journey.
Upon arrival, the Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transfer to your hotel or the first sightseeing destination as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are travelling from cities such as New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or others, kindly ensure that you have received complete travel details including airline information, departure and arrival timings, airport details, passport, and valid visa from your Aneesh Holiday’s Travel Advisor. You will travel to the first destination as per your individual flight schedule. Upon arrival, the Tour Manager will meet you at Nairobi Airport or at the designated sightseeing location shared with you in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
Guests joining the tour independently from India or overseas are requested to ensure they have received complete guidance regarding arrival, hotel check-in, or joining the group at the designated sightseeing point from the Aneesh Holiday’s Travel Advisor and Tour Manager. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the planned itinerary.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets, visa, insurance, and airport transfers are not included and must be arranged by the guest. To avail of group airport transfers, your arrival should be at the same airport and at least one hour before the group’s scheduled arrival time. On the last day, your departure flight should be scheduled after the group’s departure time to utilize the transfer facility.
Additional Notes:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If flights arrive early, one of the sightseeing activities may be arranged to bridge the waiting time.
• Please ensure you keep your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contact details safe and easily accessible throughout the journey.
• Yellow Fever vaccination is mandatory for travel and must be taken at least 10 days prior to departure. The cost of vaccination is to be borne directly by the guest at an authorized vaccination centre. Guests must carry a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, which may be required at immigration.
Today, we proceed to Lake Nakuru—famous for offering one of the most spectacular bird-watching experiences in the world. Upon arrival, we visit the Rhino Sanctuary, renowned for having one of the highest concentrations of Black Rhinoceros.
Day 2

Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara (2 Nights)
Today, we proceed to Masai Mara—one of the world’s most famous wildlife reserves, renowned for its incredible population of lions, leopards, cheetahs, and elephants, as well as the spectacular Great Migration of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles from the Serengeti plains.
Upon arrival, we embark on an exciting safari game drive, offering a chance to witness wildlife in their natural habitat.
Later, we visit a local Masai village, where we gain fascinating insights into the lifestyle of the Masai tribes, their unique traditions, distinctive attire, and rich cultural heritage.
We then relax and soak in the unique surroundings of our camp/lodge.
Day 3

Masai Mara
Today, get ready for an unforgettable adventure with a full-day Safari Game Drive in the vast savannahs of Masai Mara National Reserve.
Spend the entire day exploring the wilderness, with plenty of opportunities to observe a wide variety of wildlife in their natural habitat. This thrilling experience brings you closer to nature like never before.
We get a chance to spot the famous Big Five—Lion, Leopard, Rhinoceros, Elephant, and Cape Buffalo—along with other fascinating wildlife such as gazelles, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas, and more, all from the comfort of our open-roof safari vehicle.
Day 4
Date : July 1, 2026
Time : 11:00 pm
Masai Mara – Nairobi (1 Night)
Today, we proceed to Nairobi. En route, we enjoy a scenic drive through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley.
Upon arrival, we take an orientation tour of Nairobi city, passing by key landmarks such as the Parliament Building, Nairobi Square, and the Nairobi National Museum.
Later, we have some free time to explore local markets and enjoy shopping.
Day 5
Date : July 2, 2026

Nairobi – Departure

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group departure timing.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes. If their flight timing and airport match the group arrangements, they may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, railway station, cruise terminal, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.

- TCS is applicable only for packaged tours. The applicable TCS rate (2% or 5%) depends on the PAN status of the primary booking guest. If a valid TAN is provided by an Indian national at the time of booking, TCS will not be charged
