Day 1
Date : June 25, 2026
Time : 11:00 pm
Arrival at Tokyo (2 Nights)
Your much-awaited journey with Aneesh Holiday’s begins here. Here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai-to-Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure. From here, you will fly together with the Aneesh Holiday’s Tour Manager to Tokyo and begin your exciting journey.
Upon arrival, the Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transfer to the hotel or the first sightseeing point as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or others, please ensure you have received complete travel details such as airline information, flight timings, airport details, passport, and valid visa from your Aneesh Holiday’s Travel Advisor. You will travel to the first destination as per your individual flight schedule. Upon arrival, the Tour Manager will meet you either at Tokyo Airport or at the designated sightseeing location shared in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
Guests joining independently from India or overseas should ensure they have complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point from the Aneesh Holiday’s Travel Advisor and Tour Manager. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the planned itinerary.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets, visa, insurance, and airport transfers are not included and must be arranged by the guest. To avail group airport transfers, arrival must be at the same airport at least one hour before the group’s scheduled arrival time. On the last day, departure flights should be scheduled after the group’s flight time to avail transfer facilities.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If flights arrive in the morning, one sightseeing activity may be arranged to utilize the waiting time.
• Guests are advised to keep travel documents, valuables, foreign currency, and emergency contact details easily accessible throughout the journey.
Day 2
Date : June 26, 2026
Time : 11:00 pm
Tokyo – Mt. Fuji – Tokyo
Today, we proceed to the Fuji Five Lakes area. Upon arrival, we visit Oshino Hakkai, also known as the “Eight Seas of Oshino.” It is a set of eight beautiful ponds located in the Fuji Five Lakes region, formed by historic volcanic eruptions and natural geological activity. This scenic village offers a peaceful experience, with crystal-clear waters that beautifully reflect Mount Fuji on clear days.
Later, we visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station, the gateway to Japan’s most iconic mountain, situated at around 2,300 meters above sea level.
**Note:** If Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to weather conditions, we will instead enjoy a one-way Owakudani Ropeway ride followed by a scenic Lake Ashi Cruise.
In the evening, we drive back to Tokyo.
Please note that the view of Mount Fuji is weather-dependent and may be obscured on cloudy days.
Day 3
Date : June 27, 2026
Time : 11:00 pm
Tokyo – Hiroshima (1 Night)
Today, we explore Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, renowned for its beautiful traditional Japanese landscapes and serene atmosphere.
We then pass by iconic landmarks such as Tokyo Tower and the Imperial Palace.
Later, we visit the observation deck of Tokyo Skytree, a world-famous landmark that rises above the city skyline and offers panoramic views of the Tokyo metropolitan region.
Afterwards, we explore the Asakusa Temple Complex along with the lively Nakamise Shopping Street.
In the evening, we proceed to Hiroshima by bullet train.
Day 4
Date : June 28, 2026
Time : 11:00 pm
Hiroshima – Miyajima – Nagoya (1 Night)
Today, we visit the world-famous Miyajima Shrine, known for its iconic Floating Torii Gate that appears to rise from the sea during high tide.
Later, we proceed to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Museum, where we explore important historical landmarks including the Atomic Bomb Dome, Sadako Monument, and the Memorial Cenotaph, dedicated to the victims of the atomic bombing.
In the evening, we take a bullet train to Nagoya, Japan’s fourth-largest city. Surrounded by the sea, mountains, and rivers, Nagoya is also widely known as a major manufacturing hub of the country.
Day 5
Date : June 29, 2026
Time : 11:00 pm
Nagoya – Osaka (2 Nights)
Today, we explore Nagoya city. We visit the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, also known as the Toyota Techno Museum, where we see historic and rare Toyota car models on display, showcasing the evolution of automotive innovation.
Note: If the Toyota Commemorative Museum is closed for visitors, we will instead visit the Toyota Kaikan Museum, located at the headquarters of Toyota Motor Corporation, which offers a detailed overview of Toyota’s advanced automotive technologies.
Later, we take a photo stop with the backdrop of Nagoya Castle.
We then visit the SCMAGLEV and Railway Park, a railway museum operated by Central Japan Railway Company. The museum showcases the development of high-speed rail in Japan, featuring historic steam locomotives, record-breaking shinkansen (bullet trains), and cutting-edge maglev trains. It also includes one of Japan’s largest train dioramas, depicting miniature trains running through detailed cityscapes of Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo.
Afterwards, we take photo stops at Mirai Tower, Oasis 21, and the @NAGOYA sign.
In the evening, we proceed to Osaka, a vibrant city known for its nightlife, food culture, and historical attractions. Upon arrival, we check in to the hotel.
Day 6
Date : June 30, 2026
Time : 11:00 pm
Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka
Today, we enjoy a walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and the Togetsukyo Bridge (Arashiyama Bridge), surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.
We then visit the spectacular Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku-ji), a Zen temple where each floor represents a different style of architecture. This impressive structure overlooks a serene pond, and its top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf.
Later, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of vibrant vermilion torii gates forming stunning walking paths through the forest.
Day 7
Date : July 1, 2026

Osaka – Departure

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group departure timing.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled tour concludes. If their flight timing and airport matches the group arrangement, they may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, railway station, cruise terminal, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.

Government tax (GST) of 5% will be applicable over and above the tour cost mentioned.
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) as per current regulations:
- 5% or 10% TCS up to ₹10 lakhs (based on PAN–Aadhaar status)
- 20% TCS on the amount above ₹10 lakhs (on GST-inclusive value) effective from 1st April 2025
- 10% TCS applies if PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN marked as inoperative as per Income Tax rules)
- TCS is applicable only for packaged tours
- Additional TCS rate depends on the PAN status of the primary booking contact
- If valid TAN details are provided at the time of booking, no TCS will be charged
Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or introduction of new taxes by the government
